My son is a master builder. Legos, K'Nex, you name it, he can build it. He has several K'Nex kits that came with motors. (Thanks, sis...I REALLY appreciate those gifts today.) Tonight he came in with his newest creation. It had gears, wheels, spokes, and moved, thanks to a motor. I was paying a bit of attention (okay, none, really) when he decided to get my full attention by putting this moving-gear-motor-spoke thing on the top of my head. Brilliant idea. Within two seconds my hair was wound tight and getting tighter...I was trying not to panic and flapjack was dissolving into hysterical laughter...I think it scared the snot out of him to see his creation entangled in my hair! DQ came in to "help"...she helped alright...she ripped that sucker right out of my hair and took a chunk of hair with it. No harm. If I part my hair just right you can't even see that giant bald spot. (Okay, maybe a slight exaggeration there...but it DID pull quite a bit of hair out.)
