blogs and ponytails
Why blog? I don’t know why you blog…I blog because I want to…and because I can. No one has to read it. Obviously no one has to comment…since NO ONE does. (Yes, that would be a very subtle plea for comments…any comments.) I sent my sister my blog link. Then I called her to see what she thought. Her response? She doesn’t blog and sees no reason to and has no desire to read blogs...anyone’s blog apparently. 
Tomorrow is school picture day. (Yes, that was a random subject change. I’m in that kind of mood.) I tried to pay DQ to wear her hair down for pictures. I offered $20. She turned me down. DQ has gorgeous hair. It is think and wavy and long. She begged for layers so I let her have some cut in…I paid good money for nada. She will not wear her hair down…period. A ponytail only will do. Every school picture we own has either a ponytail or pigtails. She won’t do pigtails anymore (apparently they’re for babies). She has spent countless dollars of allowance money on headbands…that she never, ever wears.
Flapjack had his tooth pulled. Laughing gas really is funny. He must have said “this is awesome” twenty times. Then he let me take a REALLY long nap when we got home. I love that kid!
